This Marketplace Transaction Disclaimer clarifies the limited role of SourceCan.co in commercial dealings between buyers and manufacturers.

1. Neutral Technology Platform

SourceCan is a neutral technology platform and not a merchant, reseller, broker, logistics provider, inspector, guarantor, or payment intermediary unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

2. No Transaction Role

• SourceCan does not manufacture, store, inspect, export, import, or ship products.
• SourceCan does not negotiate contracts on behalf of users.
• SourceCan does not guarantee payment, product quality, or delivery.

3. Risk Allocation

All risks relating to supplier selection, buyer qualification, pricing, quality, logistics, customs, regulatory compliance, and payment remain with the users involved in the transaction.

4. Disputes

Disputes must be resolved directly between the buyer and manufacturer unless SourceCan expressly offers a separate mediation or dispute feature in writing.

5. No Liability for Commercial Outcomes

SourceCan is not liable for lost profits, failed orders, chargebacks, fraud, product defects, delayed delivery, non-performance, or third-party misconduct.
