1. Advertising Model

Manufacturers may purchase premium placement or bid for visibility within search results, category pages, listing areas, and other promotional surfaces on the Platform.

2. Ranking Factors

Ranking may take into account bid amount, query relevance, listing quality, profile completeness, user engagement, and performance signals determined by SourceCan.

3. Disclosure

Sponsored or premium placements will be clearly labeled to distinguish them from organic marketplace results.

4. No Performance Guarantee

SourceCan does not guarantee impressions, leads, inquiries, conversions, sales, or return on investment from premium placement purchases.

5. Enforcement

We may reject, remove, pause, or restrict sponsored placements that violate law, Platform rules, or quality standards.

6. Fees

Advertising and premium placement fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
